Athletic Clearance
All returning and incoming athletes must have completed the Athletic Clearance process before they can participate in any summer and/or school-year sports activities.
The Athletic Clearance is valid for one year and must be repeated on an annual basis. Failure to renew the Athletic Clearance prior to summer will result in the student not being able to participate in any summer and/or school-year activities at Foothill. Participation is only allowed after the Athletic Clearance has been approved by the Athletic Director.

Foothi l High School Girls Lacrosse is the 2025 CIF Southern Section D1 Champions and 2024 CIF Southern Section D1Finalist. Foothi l High School Girls Lacrosse is also the CIF SS D1 Champions for three consecutive years in 2021, 2022, and 2023, and has been featured in OC Register and honored by the Tustin Unified School District. As a Nationaly Ranked Lacrosse program, we run largely on the tremendous support we receive from many sources, including the local community. Our local businesses are an integral part of the community’s network in supporting our student athletes and there are many ways you can help!
