Taylor Lindores
Varsity Head Coach
Coach Taylor is starting her second year as Head Coach for Foothill Girls Lacrosse. Most recently she was the head coach at Tamalpais high school where she led the team to win the D2 NCS girls lacrosse championship for the first time in program history. In the same year, the team came in first place for all of Marin County and took home the MCAL Championship. Coach Taylor was named Coach of the Year at Tamalpais high school for the 22/23 school year. Coach Taylor's other coaching experience comes from various travel teams in all parts of the country including Northern California, Southern California, Detroit and Orlando. After graduating from Winter Springs High school in Orlando Florida, Taylor played D1 Lacrosse at the University of Detroit Mercy- spending most of her time on the defensive end. She is originally from Orlando, Florida and now lives in Orange County with her husband, Alex and her two dogs, Oliver and Nova.
Delaney Healy
Varsity Assistant Coach
Coach Delaney is a first year coach for the Foothill Knights. She is a proud alumni herself and played varsity during her time at Foothill until graduating in 2021. She went on to play club lacrosse at Cal Poly- San Luis Obispo where she served as the club’s President and Player Coach and earned a degree in Agricultural Business. She is ecstatic to come back to her home turf to be apart of the program that has a special place in her heart.
Angelina Dieu
JV Coach
This is Coach Angelina’s second year coaching the Foothill Knight’s JV team. Originally from Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, Angelina played lacrosse at Haverford High School. Now, a junior at Chapman University, Angelina is looking to close out her 10 years of playing lacrosse by helping the Panthers be successful this spring season. Coach Angelina has experience in coaching with NXT Lacrosse Club and SoCal Express Lacrosse Club, and is looking to lead the JV Knights to a successful season!
Erin O'Connor
JV Assistant Coach
Coach Erin is starting her second year at Foothill coaching the JV Knights. Born and raised in Orange County, she played on her high school lacrosse team and went on to help start the club lacrosse program at Pepperdine University, where she got her Bachelors in Sports Medicine. She has coaching experience with her former school, Palisades Charter High School, and is very excited to get involved at Foothill!
Mo Gainz
Performance Coach
Mo received his B.S. degree in Exercise Science from Delta State University. He now prepares athletes for their present and forthcoming opportunites. For the past 6 years he has worked with professional, elite, and rising youth athletes of all levels and sports. Whether you're a top NFL athlete or a rising star, Mo applies the same passion needed to take your game to the next level while preparing you to be the best version of yourself!
Tim Cassi
Goalie Coach
A standout collegiate goalie at King’s College (PA), Tim set the program record for career save percentage (59.7%). After graduation, he continued playing at the graduate level in England, winning a UK National Championship while earning a master’s degree.
In 2014, Tim coached the French National Team at the World Games. From 2012–2024, he served as the defensive and goalie coach for CDM Boys Lacrosse, helping lead the program to three CIF Championships.
As the owner of Focus Lacrosse, Tim has trained over 150 collegiate goalies (both men and women), including two national champions. Currently, he works with over 30 collegiate goalies, providing in-person and mental performance training. In the most recent season, 19 of these goalies were starters, including six freshmen.
Tim is married with two children. Cooper and Penny.
